Santosh Kumar Bardhan brings nearly two decades of experience in higher education and theological training to his role on the Mission University Board of Directors. Since 2018, he has served as Assistant Professor at Kyungsung University in South Korea, where he teaches and mentors students with a focus on academic excellence and character formation.
Previously, Professor Bardhan lectured at Emmanuel Theological Seminary, The LIFE College, and the Calvin Institute of Theology in India, shaping future leaders through rigorous teaching and pastoral guidance. His academic background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, a Bachelor of Divinity from New Theological College, and a Master’s degree in Theology from Western & Greenville Seminary.
