Katrina Trimble is a healthcare attorney and compliance executive with more than two decades of experience guiding hospitals, physician groups, and nonprofits in regulatory integrity, privacy, and governance. She currently serves as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at OrthoAlliance, a leading physician-led orthopaedic management organization based in Cincinnati. In this role, she oversees legal strategy, corporate compliance, and risk management to support the organization’s growth and operational excellence.
Trimble’s career includes senior legal and compliance leadership positions across major healthcare systems. She was Vice President of Integrity & Compliance at Mount Carmel Health System, where she also served on the Institutional Review Board, and previously spent nearly 16 years with TriHealth as Assistant General Counsel and Chief Privacy Officer. In addition, she has served as General Counsel for Velvet Cricket Online Auctions and began her legal career as an Associate Attorney with Schottenstein Zox and Dunn. Beyond her professional work, Trimble contributes her expertise as a board member for GLAD House, Cornerstone Medical Services of Columbus, and Mission University, and has devoted nearly two decades of service to Institutional Review Boards in support of ethical clinical research.
Trimble earned her Bachelor of Science from Wright State University and her Juris Doctor from the University of Cincinnati College of Law. With deep expertise in healthcare law, compliance, and nonprofit governance, she brings invaluable insight to the Mission University Board of Directors, ensuring that the organization’s growth remains both mission-driven and aligned with the highest standards of accountability.
