Dr. Hauschildt brings more than 30 years of leadership in healthcare and higher education to Mission University. His vision for the organization is rooted in his experience as both a board-certified public health professional, registered nurse, and academic executive, with a strong belief in experiential, adult-oriented learning. After years of traveling internationally and studying virtual learning and preceptorship models through his postdoctoral work, Dr. Hauschildt founded Mission University to bridge the widening gap between academic theory and practical application in underserved communities. He holds multiple graduate and doctoral degrees and continues to guide Mission University’s growth with a deep commitment to equity, impact, and educational excellence.
