JoDee Goracke is an educator, researcher, and program innovator with a strong record of advancing adult learning and organizational psychology. She currently serves as Associate Professor and Program Director at Bellevue University, where she created and leads the Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. In this role, she developed curriculum that bridges academic theory with workplace application and provides mentorship and support for faculty and students pursuing careers in organizational leadership.

Beyond her university work, Goracke is the co-founder and Project Director of the Tanzania Design Project, a grassroots partnership that brings design thinking and social entrepreneurship education to schools in Tanzania. By teaching students on-site and empowering local mentors, the initiative equips young leaders to develop community-driven solutions grounded in empathy and sustainability. She has also worked in analytics and research roles with Kiewit, the University of Nebraska at Omaha, and the University of Kansas, where her projects supported everything from federal succession planning to cybersecurity research and women’s studies.

Goracke earned her Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Psychology from the University of Kansas and a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. She is currently pursuing her Doctorate of Education in Educational Sustainability at the University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point. With expertise in adult learning, educational leadership, and program development, she brings both academic rigor and a passion for global educational equity to the Mission University Board of Directors.
