Samuel Bell

Board Member

Samuel Bell is a professional dedicated to public service, organizational development, and faith-based leadership. He currently serves as a Customer Service Specialist with the Social Security Administration, where he assists beneficiaries in navigating complex federal programs and ensures equitable access to services for individuals from diverse backgrounds. Previously, he worked as a Benefits Analyst, resolving entitlement and eligibility determinations, and has also held roles in business consulting, customer support, and technology analysis. Through these positions, he has developed expertise in problem-solving, communication, and systems improvement in both public and private sectors.

In addition to his professional career, Bell has consistently invested in nonprofit and community leadership. He is a member of the Mission University Board of Directors, where he helps guide governance, strategy, and advocacy. He has also contributed to the Global Education Ministries Foundation, served as a mentor with the O.K. Program supporting at-risk youth, and continues to lead within his congregation as a Steward at St. Matthew AME Zion Church. His community engagement reflects a commitment to service, equity, and spiritual formation.

Bell earned his Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Management from the University of Saint Mary and a Master of Arts in Christian Formation and Discipleship from Nazarene Theological Seminary. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree and has pursued continued development in leadership and service. With experience that bridges government service, nonprofit engagement, and ministry, Bell brings a multidimensional perspective to the Mission University Board of Directors.
